Our story
Three generations. One family name.
Jack Ward opened the doors in 1947 on a handful of principles: hard work, integrity, value, and the kind of customer service that gets you called back by name. Seventy-eight years and three generations later, that's still how we run the company.
Jack's son, Tommy Ward, ran the shop for more than four decades. Today, Jack's grandson — Bartley Burnette — leads the business, with the same crew of journeyman plumbers who've been with us for years answering the phones at 3 AM and pulling permits at 8.
