Do you offer free estimates?

Yes — we provide written estimates at no charge for most services. For larger projects like whole-home repipes or sewer-line replacements, we'll schedule a walk-through first. You'll have a written price before any work begins.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

For active leaks, burst pipes, or sewer backups, we answer 24/7 and dispatch as quickly as the situation requires. Response times vary by location and what's on the truck, but we always prioritize active water emergencies.

Do you pull permits for your work?

Yes. Any work that requires a permit in Davidson County or surrounding municipalities — new installations, repipes, water heater replacements, gas line work — we handle the permit-pulling. You don't have to do a thing.

What brands do you carry for water heaters and fixtures?

We stock and install Kohler, Moen, Bradford White, Rinnai, A.O. Smith, and Delta. If you've purchased a unit elsewhere or prefer a specific brand we don't stock, bring it in — we'll install and warranty our labor regardless.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — for qualifying larger projects (repipes, tankless conversions, sewer-line work) we offer financing through partner lenders. Promotional rates including 0% APR are available on qualifying installs. Ask us when you call for current terms.

Are you insured?

Fully — we carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation on every crew member. TN Licensed, bonded, and insured. Ask us for certificate of insurance on commercial jobs.

Do you handle commercial jobs?

Yes. We do restaurants (grease trap service, multi-fixture setups, backflow compliance), offices, light commercial, and new construction. Recurring maintenance contracts available for commercial accounts. Call to discuss.
